Opt out
Stop messages
Any person or business can ask us to stop WhatsApp messages from aibaatchit, or from a business that uses aibaatchit. You do not need an account, and we do not charge for this.
Reply STOP in the chat
Send the single word STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to the WhatsApp number that messaged you. That opts the number out of further business-initiated messages from that sender.
Email us directly
Write to rishi@aibaatchit.com with the WhatsApp number that received the messages, who sent them if you know, and the email we should confirm on. Put “Stop messages” in the subject.
Use the form
The form builds a complete request with a reference number. You then email it or send it on WhatsApp to aibaatchit. Nothing is stored until you send it.
What we do with a request
- If aibaatchit sent the messages, we stop further business-initiated messages to that number from our own WhatsApp.
- If one of our customers sent them, we block that number from further broadcasts, reminders, and other business-initiated messages on that customer’s agent, and we tell the customer.
- We confirm by email within 2 business days. If we cannot match the number, we reply and ask for the missing detail. The 2 business days start when we can identify the number.
- A stop request does not cancel a booking or order you already made. Add that to the note if you want the business to cancel it too.
- Contacting us to opt out does not add you to a mailing list. If you message the business again later, they may reply to that new conversation.
You can also reach us without the form: rishi@aibaatchit.com · WhatsApp +91 96259 91946. The same address handles privacy grievances under our Privacy Policy.
Send a stop request
Fill this in, then email it or send it on WhatsApp. We only use these details to find the number and confirm that messages have stopped. See our Privacy Policy.
