Legal
Terms & Conditions
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Rishi Automation Studio (“aibaatchit”, “we”) for the aibaatchit website and WhatsApp AI service. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
1. Accepting these terms
You accept these terms when you request a demo, connect a WhatsApp Business number, pay an invoice, or keep using the service after we have pointed you to this page. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled and is part of this agreement.
If we sign a separate order or service agreement with you, that document controls where it conflicts with these terms. These terms still apply to anything the order does not cover.
2. The service
aibaatchit sets up AI agents on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API). Depending on what we agree, the agent can answer questions, qualify leads, book appointments, send reminders, and hand a chat to your team. You also get a way to review conversations.
We connect numbers through Meta’s official platform. Output is generated from the flows, knowledge, and instructions configured with you. You review those flows before go-live, especially where a wrong reply could affect a booking, an order, health, money, or a legal position. The agent supports your team. It is not a lawyer, doctor, pharmacist, or financial adviser, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional where the law requires one.
Meta can change templates, limits, quality ratings, or availability. We will tell you when a change we know about blocks a flow you rely on, and we will work with you on a compliant replacement. We do not control Meta’s approval decisions.
3. Your duties as a sender
If you use aibaatchit to message people, you will:
- comply with the laws that apply to your business and to those messages, including the DPDP Act;
- comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta’s commerce and messaging rules;
- message people only when you have the consent or other lawful basis those rules require, and keep a record of it;
- use approved templates for business-initiated messages;
- make sure FAQs, prices, offers, and availability you give the agent are accurate and current;
- honour opt-outs immediately, including STOP and UNSUBSCRIBE, and the suppressions we apply under section 4; and
- meet any extra rules for your industry, including healthcare, pharmacy, education, and finance.
You will not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate someone, to collect data you are not allowed to collect, or to distribute malware. You will not ask the agent to give individualised medical, legal, or investment advice.
4. Stopping messages
Anyone can ask for messages to stop, without creating an account and without a fee. The ways to do that are published at https://aibaatchit.com/stop-messages, by email to rishi@aibaatchit.com, by WhatsApp to +91 96259 91946, and by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE in the chat that sent the message.
When we receive a valid request that identifies the WhatsApp number:
- if we sent the messages from aibaatchit’s own number, we stop further business-initiated messages to that number;
- if a customer’s agent sent them, we suppress that number from further business-initiated messages on that customer’s workspace and notify the customer; and
- we confirm to the email supplied with the request.
We do this within 2 business days of receiving a request we can match to a number. You must not override a suppression to keep marketing to that number. A person who messages the number again may be answered in that new conversation.
A stop request ends further messages. It does not, by itself, cancel a booking, order, or payment already made. If the person also asks to cancel, you will handle that under your own cancellation practice and tell them the result.
5. Customer data
You keep ownership of the content and contacts you bring to the service. You give us a limited right to host, transmit, and process that material only to provide the service, to secure it, to honour opt-outs, and to meet the law.
You are the data fiduciary for your customers’ chats. We are your processor for that data and follow this agreement and your reasonable written instructions, including a deletion request when you close the account. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of data, the purpose, and how long data is kept. You will provide your own customers with a privacy notice that covers WhatsApp messaging and names aibaatchit where you are required to name your processors.
We may use aggregated or de-identified statistics about delivery and volume to operate and improve the service. That material will not identify a person or your business’s unpublished content.
6. Fees
Public pricing starts from ₹599. The figure on the website is a floor, not a quote for every volume, extra number, or custom flow. We confirm the fee, billing period, and what is included before you go live. Meta may charge conversation or template fees on the WhatsApp Business account; those charges are yours unless a written quote says we will bill them through.
Invoices are due on the date they state. Taxes apply in addition. If a payment is overdue we may pause outbound automation after notice, while still accepting inbound messages and still honouring opt-outs. Fees already paid for a period that has started are not refunded, except where a non-waivable law requires it.
7. Our intellectual property
The aibaatchit name, website, software, prompts we supply as part of the product, and the look of the service belong to us or our licensors. We give you a non-exclusive right to use the service during a paid subscription. You do not get a right to resell the platform, copy the product, or hold yourself out as the operator of aibaatchit.
8. Confidentiality
Each side will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for this agreement. That duty does not cover information that is already public through no fault of the recipient, or that must be disclosed by law. Conversation content and opt-out lists are confidential.
9. Suspension and ending the service
You may stop at the end of the current billing period by emailing rishi@aibaatchit.com. We may suspend or end the service if you materially break these terms, if we reasonably believe the traffic puts the WhatsApp number or other customers at risk of a Meta ban, or if a payment stays overdue after notice. Where we can do it safely, we will warn you first and tell you what to fix.
Suspension does not switch opt-outs back on. After the account ends, we delete or return customer personal data as the Privacy Policy describes, and each side keeps the clauses that by nature should survive, including fees owed, confidentiality, intellectual property, opt-out records, and liability limits.
10. Warranties
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that a reply will be error-free, that Meta will approve a template, that a lead will convert, or that WhatsApp will be uninterrupted. The website and any trial or demo are provided as they are.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that the law of India does not allow a contract to limit.
Subject to that, neither side is liable for lost profits, lost goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. If you are using a free demo and have paid nothing, that cap is ₹5,000.
You will cover us against claims, fines, and reasonable legal costs that come from your messages, your customer content, or a missing consent or opt-out that was your duty under these terms, except to the extent we caused the claim by failing to apply a suppression we had actually received.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. If you have an active subscription and the change is material, we will email the account contact at least 15 days before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may end the subscription before they apply.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before filing a claim, the parties will try to resolve the dispute by writing to rishi@aibaatchit.com and giving the other side 30 days to respond. Subject to that, the courts in India that have jurisdiction over Rishi Automation Studio may hear the dispute. Consumers keep any non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
